EL 692 - Leadership Immersion

This course introduces the student to a specific Education Leadership travel-study program and prepares them for maximizing the learning during the trip. Specifics about global leadership styles and the importance of culture and context in organizational development will be covered. Also reviewed will be the trip’s mechanics (visa’s, packing, etc.) and experiences unique to the trip. This is a topics course and the name of the country will change based on the location traveled. Prerequisites: Active involvement in an Education Leadership Travel Study experience. Grade only. Offered in collaboration with Education Leadership Travel Study experience.
