BIOL 446 - Immunology Laboratory

This course introduces students to the theory and application of modern immunological techniques. Topics include antibody detection methods using precipitation, agglutination, ELISA, western blot analysis, immunofluorescence, and immunoelectrophoresis. Other methods include SDS-PAGE, antigen preparation, protein analysis, T Cell isolation, and differential white blood cell counts. Prerequisites: Concurrent or previous enrollment in △ BIOL 445 - Immunology . Grade only. Offered annually.
