LGLS 377 - Practical Legal Investigation Techniques

Students will learn the practical techniques used in investigating cases involving traffic, aircraft, personal negligence, employer negligence, product liability, professional malpractice, and criminal investigation. Students also will become acquainted with the technique of working with witnesses. Prerequisite: Admission to the paralegal major. Grade only. Offered annually.
