Graduate School Recommendations:

1. Students who intend to go to graduate school in computer science will need to complete both of the following:

MATH 212 - Calculus I and MATH 213 - Calculus II in place of (or in addition to) MATH 140 - Applied Calculus .
CS 405 - Operating Systems , CS 415 - Principles of Programming Languages , and CS 435 - Theory of Computation (these may count as the electives for the ACS Option)

2. It is also recommended that students who intend to study in a bioinformatics graduate program take more biology and chemistry courses, such as △ BIOL 308 - Cell Biology , BIOL 430 - Molecular Biology , and CHEM 351 - Principles of Organic Chemistry II in their open electives.
