An introduction to the principles and practices of plant classification, systematics and identification, as applied to vascular plants with special emphasis on the local flora. Lecture, laboratory, and field trips. Prerequisites: △ BIOL 308 - Cell Biology, ◆ BIOL 310 - Genetics, and BIOL 312 - General Ecology. Offered alternate years.
