EL 414 - Health Care Introduction to Change Leadership

Understanding how individuals engage in change is critical. Students in this course will explore theory, models, and methods for leading and understanding change. Students will study problems and issues influencing individual and group behavior in organizations, and develop collaborative practices and strategies to lead change. Grade only. Note: Effective Spring 2015 (previously titled: Introduction to Change Leadership).
