NURS 453 - Professional Practice IV


(4 S.H. practicum)

The clinical course focuses on leadership and the development and provision of nursing care to individuals, families, and populations in a variety of settings. This course emphasizes evidence-based practices, clinical prevention, and population health. Prerequisite: △ NURS 443 - Professional Practice III  and NURS 446 - High Acuity/Progressive Care . Prerequisites or co-requisites: NURS 427 - Clinical Prevention and Population Health II  and NURS 458 - Complex Mental Health Care . Grade only. Offered each semester.
