Analysis and appreciation of diverse theatrical dance styles and and world dance traditions within their cultural, historical, and theoretical contexts. Emphasis on active learning, collaboration, and kinesthetic response to the dance experience via live performance, video, movement, and writing. Meets GOAL 6 (Fine Arts) and GOAL 8. P/NC only.
