This course focuses on the application of fiscal management principles, budgeting conventions, and human resource allocation methods as they are applied in the provision of nursing care within health care organizations. Prerequisites: NURS 600 - Scientific and Ethical Foundations and NURS 608 - Organizational and Systems Leadership or instructor consent. Grade only.
