EDFD 598 - Educational Issues and Trends

The purpose of this course is to assess and to explore the impact of educational issues on current and historical trends. Issues may include but not limited to: 21st century learning, culturally responsive teaching, inclusive teaching, classroom management, standardized testing, and middle level professional learning communities. Repeatable. Prerequisites: Instructor permission and completion of professional education sequence or educator’s license. Grade or P/NC. Offered annually or when demand warrants.
