MUS 202 - Theory II

Application of the concepts studied in MUS 201 - Theory I  to four-part writing and harmonic analysis, including dominant, nondominant and leading-tone seventh chords, secondary dominant and leading tone chords. Study of binary and ternary forms. Development of aural skills related to these concepts. Prerequisite: MUS 201 - Theory I  and a declared music major or minor. Grade only. Offered annually.
