This course fulfills the FAA’s ground requirements for pilots of heavy, sophisticated aircraft. Basic aircraft systems theory, design, function, operation, and procedures are covered in depth. Prerequisites: PHYS 300 - Fundamentals of Instrument Flight and PHYS 401 - Advanced Fundamentals of Aviation or equivalent. Grade or P/NC. Offered annually. Repeatable.
