SOC 499 - Senior Seminar in Sociology

This course serves as a culminating experience for sociology majors designed to synthesize, integrate, and assess what students have learned with respect to the stated goals of the BA Sociology program. The senior seminar is also designed to help students embark on their post-college career searches. Prerequisites: SOC 150 - Introduction to Sociology, STAT 110 - Fundamentals of Statistics or ◆ PSY 231 - Statistics, ◆ SOC 376 - Introduction to Social Research, △ SOC 377 - Social Theory, admission to the BA Sociology program and senior standing. Grade only. Offered occasionally.
