NURS 432 - Principles of Perioperative Nursing

(3 S.H.) (Elective)

Students will learn the nurse’s role during the intraoperative phase of patient care. Experiences include circulating and scrub nurse roles. Course includes a clinical laboratory experience. Prerequisite: NURS 341 - Therapeutic Applications of Nursing Skills and Health Assessment  or instructor permission. P/NC only.
