Identify complex communication practices that exist within organizations. The role of internal and external messages in the creation of organizational culture and climate is emphasized in this course. Topics may include motivation, leadership, decision-making, and more. Prerequisites: CMST 191 - Introduction to Public Speaking or CMST 192 - Introduction to Speech Communication. Grade or P/NC. Offered annually.
