The demand for money, interest rate determination, introduction to monetary policy. Prerequisites: ◆ ECON 222 - Statistics for Business and Economics  or STAT 210 - Statistics , ECON 201 - Principles of Microeconomics , and ECON 202 - Principles of Macroeconomics . △ ECON 303 - Intermediate Macroeconomics  is strongly recommended.
