MCOM 440 - Public Relations Campaigns


(3 credits)

Students apply public relations theory and processes in a practical, hands-on assignment that requires analysis, the creation of planning strategies, and the facilitation of public relations activities based on specific objectives. Includes practical campaigns for “real world” clients in conjunction with MCOM 460 - Advertising Campaigns . Prerequisites: MCOM 240 - Principles of Public Relations , MCOM 345 - Public Relations Writing , and MCOM 346 - Public Relations Techniques and Strategies . Grade only. Offered spring semester.
