△ SOC 418 - Criminal Law and Procedure

Analysis and study of substantive criminal law and procedure from arrest through sentencing. The criminal process is examined in terms of legal steps and decision-making. Prerequisites: Admission to the Criminal Justice program or declared Criminal Justice minor, junior or senior status, and instructor permission. Limited to 30 students. Grade only. Offered each semester.
