POLS 120 - Introduction to American Politics

A study of the purposes of American government, civil rights, the federal system, the powers and functions of the three branches of government, political parties and interest groups, and contemporary problems. Meets GOAL 5 and GOAL 9. Grade or P/NC. Offered fall, spring and summer terms.
