Analysis and study of substantive criminal law and procedure from arrest through sentencing. The criminal process is examined in terms of legal steps and decision-making. Prerequisites: CJS 314 - Juvenile Justice  and CJS 315 - Criminology . Limited to 20 students. Grade only. Offered each semester.
