BUSA 401 - Insurance Law


(3 credits)

A study of the sources of insurance law. Analysis of the contractual relationships as to the scope of the obligations of the parties, risks covered, performance and termination. Areas of insurance included are casualty liability, life, property, auto and group insurance among others. Prerequisite: BUSA 291 - Legal Environment of Business . Grade only. Offered occasionally.
