Explores research concepts and their use in evidence-based practice. Students will analyze, critique, and interpret research evidence, and collaborate in improvement processes for health care settings. Prerequisites: ◆ HLA 301 - Statistical Thinking for Healthcare, ◆ PSY 231 - Statistics, STAT 110 - Fundamentals of Statistics, STAT 210 - Statistics, ◆ STAT 301 - Statistical Thinking for Healthcare, or course equivalency. Admission to the RN-BS Completion Program or accepted under special status required. Grade only. Offered fall and spring semesters.
