LDRS 619 - Leadership Capstone Experience

(1-3 credits)

The Leadership Capstone Experience course is a culminating experience designed to provide learners with an opportunity to apply content knowledge and skills acquired throughout the program of preparation focusing on the competencies of the leader. Students will integrate, extend, critique and apply learned knowledge and evidence- based practices. Capstone projects may include a thesis, manuscript, action research project, national presentation, or other project approved by the capstone advisor. Prerequisite: LDRS 618 - Scholarship. P/NC only. Offered each semester on Winona and Rochester campuses. Repeatable. Students enroll for 3-credit course followed by 1-credit option as necessary to complete capstone.
