◎ CS 411 - Software Quality

(3 credits) Meets GEP Oral Intensive.

An introduction to, and study of, various software testing, quality metrics, and assurance standards. These will be studied in the context of modern software engineering methodologies/environment, software architectures, and deployment modes (like custom-server, distributed systems, and cloud/micro services). Prerequisites: △ CS 410 - Software Engineering and either CMST 191 - Introduction to Public Speaking or CMST 192 - Introduction to Effective Communication. Grade or P/NC. Offered annually or when demand warrants.
