FIN 473 - Principles of Real Estate


(3 credits)

Development of the feasibility process, the major tool used in analysis of investment opportunities, with a view to determining highest and best use. Topics include market analysis, cash flow analysis, tax considerations, investment performance, risk analysis, and passive investments in real estate. Prerequisites: Admission to the College of Business and FIN 360 - Corporate Finance . Grade only. Offered occasionally.
