HIST 165 - Latin American History

(3 credits) Meets GOAL 5 and GOAL 8.

A survey of Latin American history from pre-Columbian times to present including the colonial period, the struggle for independence and the rise of modern Latin American nations. Special emphasis is placed on Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Mexico. Grade only. Offered annually.
