◎ LGLS 385 - Mock Trial I

(3 credits) Meets GEP Oral Intensive.

This course is designed to be an intensive introduction to United States trial law and techniques. Students will have the opportunity to prepare opening statements, direct examinations, cross-examinations, and closing arguments. Students will also be able to practice those skills in the environment of the American Mock Trial Association intercollegiate competition. Prerequisite: Junior standing or instructor permission. Grade only. Offered fall semester.
