Judicial function in constitutional cases; division of powers between the nation and the states, and within the national government; powers of the President, limitations on the powers of government, separation of powers; protection of individual rights. Prerequisite: POLS 120 - Introduction to American Politics. Grade or P/NC. Offered fall and spring semesters.
