(3 credits) Meets GEP Oral Intensive.

The nature and sources of international law; jurisdiction of states over persons and territory; recognition of states and governments; law of the sea; principle of state responsibility; law of treaties; and transnational legal problems. Prerequisite: POLS 130 - Introduction to International Relations or instructor permission. Grade or P/NC. Offered alternate years.
