◎ MATH 395 - Professional Skill Development for Mathematics

(2 credits) Meets GEP Oral Intensive.

This course will develop skills necessary to become a working professional in the field of mathematics. Students will critique, analyze, and evaluate several mathematics research projects. A student’s presentation, writing, and professional skills will be enhanced in this course. Prerequisites: Completion of GEP GOAL 1 requirements, ◆ MATH 313 - Differential Equations, and △ MATH 327 - Foundations of Mathematics or instructor permission. Grade or P/NC. Offered spring semester.
