BUED 435 - Personnel Management/Career Development

This course will address basic human resource topics including managing a diverse workforce, safety, health, well-being, payroll and benefits, security topics, enhancing performance, and motivation at work. Topics will provide a foundation for those who plan to teach human resource topics and for those who plan to work in the training and development field. Career development and professional transition skills will also be addressed. Grade or P/NC. Offered annually.
