CHIN 201 - Intermediate Chinese I

(4 credits) Meets GOAL 6 (Humanities) and GOAL 8.

CHIN 201 introduces students to more advanced beginning Mandarin pronunciation, grammar, and orthography (in both Pinyin and characters). Instruction focuses on development of all four skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) and cultural knowledge. Grade or P/NC. Offered annually.
