HIST 440 - World War II

(3 credits)

An examination of the origins of both the European and Asian phases of the war and of the relationship between political leadership and military strategy. The course will also examine the political, social, and economic developments on the home fronts of the principal belligerents. Prerequisites: HIST 122 - Western Civilization 1815 to Present and HIST 151 - United States History Since 1865 or instructor permission. Grade only. Offered spring semester alternate years.
