PHYS 440 - Mathematical Methods in Physics I

(3 credits)

Partial differential equations of mathematical physics. Orthogonal functions. Fourier series. Prerequisites:  PHYS 202 - General Physics II  or PHYS 222 - University Physics II  and ◆ MATH 313 - Differential Equations . Grade or P/NC. Offered when demand warrants.
