This course provides an overview of the American legal process from a political perspective, covering basic court structure, legal actors, criminal and civil procedures, judicial impact, and comparative court systems. Prerequisite: POLS 120 - Introduction to American Politics  or instructor permission. Grade or P/NC. Offered annually.
