A comparative study of the ideological, social, economic, and institutional developments of European (East and West) domestic politics and the European Union. Emphasis is placed on the interaction of developments between the domestic and supranational levels of governance. Prerequisite: POLS 135 - Introduction to Comparative Politics or instructor permission. Grade or P/NC. Offered spring semester.
