An exploration of the law of the administrative process: legislative, executive, and judicial control of administrative action; the formal administrative process; and administrative discretion with due consideration to the Federal Administrative Procedure Act. Prerequisite: POLS 120 - Introduction to American Politics. Recommended prerequisite: POLS 320 - Constitutional Law. Grade or P/NC. Offered annually.
