◎ RTTR 421 - Outdoor Education and Interpretive Services

(3 credits) Meets GEP Oral Intensive.

This course explores how outdoor education and interpretive services inspire learning and connection in natural settings. Students will link ecological concepts to learner experiences, practice creative teaching methods, and discover how environmental storytelling deepens understanding. Emphasis is placed on lesson design and delivery, connecting with learners across age groups, as well as examining the role of agencies and organizations that shape outdoor education and interpretation. Grade only. Offered fall semester.
