CMST 321 - Conflict and Communication

(3 credits) Meets GOAL 5.

Use conflict principles and theories to analyze, manage, negotiate, mediate and resolve conflicts in interpersonal, group, intercultural and organizational settings. Prerequisites: CMST 191 - Introduction to Public Speaking, or CMST 192 - Introduction to Effective Communication, or GOAL 1 (Communication Studies) satisfaction and Junior status, or instructor permission. Grade or P/NC. Offered annually.
