HLA 325 - Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Healthcare Leaders

Successful organizations have a culture that is diverse, equitable and inclusive. This course provides a foundation of all types of human diversity and the dynamics that emerge from difference. Students will develop equity awareness and learn the skills to be an inclusive leader. HLA restricts registration in HLA 325 to undergraduate programs in Healthcare Leadership & Administration and Individualized Studies (or by instructor permission with notification of HLA Program Director). Grade only. Offered annually. Note: Online course - Differential tuition applies.
