HLA 444 - Introduction to Change Leadership in Healthcare

Learners in this course focus on awareness of personal/professional effectiveness and leadership theories in relationship to organizational change including conceptual perspectives on leading change, change interventions at the individual, group, and organization levels, leadership theories, and concepts of organizational change in healthcare. Restricted to undergraduate programs in Healthcare Leadership & Administration or with instructor permission and notification of HLA Program Director. Grade only. Offered annually (usually fall semester). Note: Online course - Differential tuition applies.
