The course focuses on the theory and practice of Appreciative Inquiry with emphasis on coaching. Appreciative Inquiry is the art and practice of asking questions that strengthen a system’s capacity to explore issues and innovation from a positive frame. Restricted to undergraduate programs in Healthcare Leadership & Administration, or instructor permission and notification of HLA Program Director. Grade only. Offered at least once annually (usually summer session). Note: Online course - Differential tuition applies.
