HLA 443 - Leadership and Team Development in Healthcare

This course covers best practices for leading teams in areas of conflict management, team development, team leadership, leveraging individual strengths, and interpersonal communication of teams. Adult learners will gain knowledge and develop skills to be effective team leaders. Restricted to undergraduate programs in Healthcare Leadership & Administration, or with instructor permission and notification of HLA Program Director. Grade only. Offered annually (usually summer semester). Note: Online course - Differential tuition applies.
