Examine the fundamental concepts of quality improvement (QI) and the role QI has on the quality and safety of health care systems. Includes an examination of advanced topics and analytical tools commonly used. Restricted to Healthcare Leadership & Administration and Public Health undergraduate programs (or instructor permission and HLA Director notification). Grade only.
