SOC 325 - Social Movements and Social Change


(3 credits)

This course provides a survey of contemporary social movements and focuses on the processes of social and cultural change. It examines collective group behavior, critiques of reform revolutions, and the intersections of social movement activities with cultural, organizational, and political contexts. Prerequisite(s): SOC 150 - Introduction to Sociology . Grade only. Offered occationally.
