△ PESS 352 - Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment Methods in High School Physical Education (3 credits) Meets GEP Writing Intensive.
This course will concentrate on the development of curriculum, instructional strategies, and assessment methodologies for high school physical education. The primary objective of this course is to equip students in grades 9-12 with the skills, knowledge, and attitudes necessary for sustained, healthy, meaningful physical activity beyond their high school years. Prerequisite: PESS 225 - Introduction to Learning and Meaningfulness in Physical Education . Grade only. Offered annually (usually fall semester).
