SOCW 408 - Social Work Practice with Families

This practice course introduces students to social work practice with families. Students will understand and experience the complexity of work with families as they engage, assess, and intervene to promote optimal functioning, through a lens of anti-racism, diversity, equity and inclusion. Students will learn how to collaborate with families to optimize strengths throughout the lifespan.

Grade only. Offered each semester on Winona and Rochester campuses. Note: Program permission required for registration. Limited enrollment.
