WGSS 160 - Palestine is a Feminist Issue

(3 Credits) Meets GOAL 8 and GOAL 9 (effective Spring 2026).

This course will examine the interconnecting struggles for feminist and for Palestinian liberation. Students will use intersectional inquiry to understand comparative frameworks of settler colonization and the impact on gender and sexuality. Finally, we will study human rights frameworks and transnational social movements in solidarity with the Palestinian struggle for freedom, justice, and equality. Grade or P/NC. Offered annually.
