RTTR 280 - Foundations of Hospitality

This course provides a broad overview of the hospitality industry. Students will learn foundational concepts related to the structure, resources, management, and operations of hospitality businesses, as well as examine current trends shaping the industry. Grade only. Offered at least once annually.
