The Studio Art option offers training in fine arts (painting, sculpture, ceramics, printmaking, drawing) within the context of a broadly-based liberal arts education.

Majors may take any two art history classes in place of one studio media sequence (see below). These two classes must be above the 100-level and in addition to ART 439 and the chosen upper-division art history elective. Upper-Division Studio Elective (3 S.H.)
This may be continued study in a sequence area or in a different medium. With advisor permission, majors also have the option of choosing a single four-course sequence (12 S.H.) in a single medium, rather than two two-course sequences. Legend
